They are currently seeking a talented Health Tech Accountant to join their team and help them manage their financial operations efficiently.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and providing valuable financial insights to support our client’s growth and strategic decisions. You will also be responsible for managing the remittance process and ensuring the accurate and timely remittances to the healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other organizations served by our client.

Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Remittance Processing: Oversee the receipt and processing of remittances to our clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Budget Management: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets for various projects and departments within the organization.

· Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

· Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to provide insights for decision-making.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards in the healthcare industry.

· Taxation: Collaborate with external tax advisors to manage tax planning and compliance activities.

· Audit Support: Assist in preparing for financial audits and liaise with auditors during the audit process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ICAN or relevant professional certification preferred.

2. 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

3. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

4. Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus.

10. Prior experience with health tech or start-ups is a plus.
